Every thing
Misleading hotel name, poor cleanliness, excessive noise, and inadequate amenities made the stay very disappointing.
I liked the location, it is close to many shops and there is also a mall nearby.
− Let me start with the main issue, the hotel’s name on Booking.com is different from its actual name. It is listed as “Al-Najeh Hotel Apartments,” which seems intentional and raises concerns about possible tax avoidance. There were several other shortcomings as well. We booked an apartment for three people, but only two towels were provided. The mattress was dirty and needed a fresh sheet. The noise from people walking in the hallway sounded as if it was coming from inside the apartment, and there was also loud, disturbing music playing in the corridor. There were no clothes hangers in the closets and not enough blankets. The receptionist was not helpful. In addition, a small box of tissues was provided as a substitute for toilet paper, which was completely inadequate.

المكان جميل وموقعه جميل والموظفين لا بأس في تعاملهم
− انا اسكن هذا المكان من فتره . بدأ بشكل رائع ولكن مستوى النظافه بدأ بالتدني وفي كل مره يسوء اكثر وذلك بسبب قلة عمال النظافه . يحتاج المكان فريق نظافه مختص . وغسيل افضل لشراشف النوم والمخاد .
