الشقة حديثة ممتازة ونظيفة وتقع بمنطقة حيوية قريبة من السوق. البناية هادئة وآمنة ويوجد قفل باب الكتروني لباب البناية.الخدمات ممتازة وشبكة الانترنت متصلة باستمرار.
