The place is very clean and the view is absolutely stunning. The guard was very helpful, and I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance.

− Only the jacuzzi is not working properly and needs maintenance.

Good service and value for money. Very nice view and good facilities but swimming pools are not heated so not very suitable for cold weather.

The villa is so nice and clean , the rooms are comfortable big and clean , the Ac worked perfectly the villa is perfect for 8 people and big enough, the guard was so helpful and kind

− The villa is so far from the main street and so far from any supermarket or any shop, to reach the villa, you need to go through a rough road. Any Uber needs a minimum of 40 mins to reach the villa. The wifi was also very bad, and there is no service in that area, so we were disconnected from the outside world

Perfect property for a family staycation in Amman.

The location was easy to get to, but make sure you have a map. Google Maps is scrambled at the moment so it was a challenge. (It worked with an android, not apple!) There are no shops nearby so make sure you bring everything you need to eat and drink. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and hob. The oven didn't work whist we were there. We bought everything we needed with us, plates, cups etc as it was a birthday treat and we wanted to have a nice set up, but there is basic things there to use. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, black out curtains and good AC. I had several teens with me and the villa has 2 TV areas, great for a group like this, they had a great time hanging out up there watching movies! The pool was fantastic! The kids didn't get out- even though it is cold! The view is stunning, with lovely sunset and sunrises over the dead sea and lots of stars at night as you really are out of the city. The Wifi is spotty, but it was fine and understandable for the location. I would definitely book this over and over again for a staycation in Amman.

It was very clean.. The view was breathtaking.. It's really extraordinary comfy place for families to relax.. The worker there was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our time there.

The place is exceptional. I liked everything in it. The view is amazing. Almost everything was more than what I expect.

− One of the umbrellas fall on the ground due to wind which could have hurt anyone god forbid. Maybe stabilize it more to the ground.

Nice stay with great value for the money.

Clean with nice design and spacious rooms, 24/7 friendly personnel support, good communication before the visit. Great value for money.

− The final 10 min drive is not the best, with narrow not lighted roads and heavy trucks. The number and quantity of shaders can be improved.

Superb

I recently visited Ayla Chalets for 2 nights with my family & kids. The property was exceptionally clean, the views, sunset & sunshine time really amazing. They have 2 pools one fit for kids and the other one was good for adults. We enjoyed the panorama view, quiet, and we were somehow disconnected from the technology. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to spend a delightful day.

Host needs to maintain his credibility as he has a nice proberty, I would give it an 8 if only....

I would give it an 8 or more if only they treated us better with the mixup and all, as I would love to comback Location is around 40 min from downtown, although a bit bumby and 15 min away from services, you can see the deadsea and palestine mountains on the horizon The chalet is relatively clean and still new with new bedsheets and modern comfortable furnishing, (hope it keeps that way) just the glass needs cleaning hot water available for showers no mosquitos or bugs problem the kids had a great time very relaxing and quiet surroundings which is a plus for me

− I had many issues with the proberty: First; I made the booking a month in advance; but was contacted by the proberty a day before apologizing that the chalet although confirmed but not available due to other platform mixup and insisted that one was made before mine, ya right, it seems they had a better price thats why. we wanted to cancel but the kids were dissapointed so we postponed as told although we had many commitements and if we were contacted earlier (and no they didn't request it earlier as they told me since the request to change which was sent to me lasts for 24 hrs only) all would have been sorted out but alas. Second; the chalet facilities on the confimation state that it is a 4 bedroom villa and we were 7, when we arrived, the care taker gave us a 3 bedroom villa as was he told by the owner since the 4br was already take Third; the Jacuzzi wasn't working which was a huge dissapointement as its one of the features of choosing this villa Fourth; beware no elctric water kettle, no cooler bring your water, condiment and disposable cuttlery Fifth; the wifi wasn't stable in some areas and the smart TV couldn't connect to it and only had one news channel the swings in the playground were very high, the slider stairs were reversed, I know, how can that be possible :)
