Nice, clean, good experiance. I definitely recommend.

The apartment was spacious and clean. There were beds for 12 people, two bathrooms with a toilet. Kitchen with a refrigerator and a place to eat. There was also a living room with a large sofa. The photos correspond to reality. The manager next door was a nice guy. The owner was helpful, communication went smoothly.

− The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was that the terrace was located one floor above the apartment - we were a group with 5 out of 7 being smokers, so they had to go upstairs every time they wanted to smoke. On the bright side, at least they got some exercise and something for their health :) :)

Great space, well-equipped, with super accommodating hosts

The apartment was very spacious - huge rooms, high ceilings, and a sofa that comfortably fit our family of eight. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the Wifi was fast enough for multiple people to be working or streaming video. And the kitchen actually had BIG pots and plenty of dishes; you'd think a space that sleeps twelve would always include the appropriate quantity of plates and forks for that number, but so many don't! So this was a refreshing change. The best part, though, was our hosts, who really went the extra mile to make us comfortable - Mary went out to purchase towels for us and some items missing from the kitchen (which was otherwise quite well equipped), they offered us their personal computer to print out some documents, and Majdi, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful with every little question we had, despite minimal English. They also let us leave our extra luggage over the weekend while we took a trip to Petra. Please note: the address given (Muhammad Iqbal Street 10) actually appears to be across the street from the apartment. We arrived late at night and were confused, but the real entrance is the blue door facing #10, on the other side of the street.

− The apartment was quite chilly when we arrived; the heaters work well, but it would have been nice for them to be switched on ahead of time (and it would be nice to have a space heater in the kitchen/dining area).

Very bad experience

− Very bad experience. I contacted the owner to pick up the keys and he informed me the booking was cancelled (even though it was still confirmed on my end) and he told me someone else was staying until the end of jan. Reported to booking.com but felt very scammed by this property.
