Canary Boutique Hotel

A comfortable hotel with genuinely welcoming staff, very good local food, and an excellent restauran

I stayed at the Canary Boutique Hotel both at the beginning and at the end of my trip to Jordan and would gladly stay there again. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with air conditioning, a kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary bottled water. There was no minibar, but additional water was always available at reception, which is particularly helpful for travellers, as tap water is generally not recommended for drinking in Jordan. What really stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in making guests feel comfortable. The hotel also offers good dining options. I especially enjoyed the traditional restaurant, where I had the opportunity to try several local Jordanian dishes. The food was excellent and provided a great introduction to the country's cuisine. The hotel also has a second restaurant offering a more Western-style menu, giving guests additional choice. The location worked perfectly for exploring Amman and for my final night before returning home. Excellent value for money, friendly people, good food, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

− No major complaints. A minibar or small refrigerator would have been useful for keeping drinks cold, especially during the warmer months. The breakfast is clearly geared toward local Jordanian tastes rather than a typical Central European hotel breakfast. Guests looking for bread rolls, toast, and a wider selection of Western breakfast items may find the choices somewhat different. That said, the hotel is not located in a major tourist area, and I actually appreciated the opportunity to experience local cuisine. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, and traditional flatbread instead of rolls. The hummus was excellent and among the best I had during my stay in Jordan.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the overall experience met my expectations for a 3-star hotel. I would happily stay here again

− As a 3-star hotel, it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Minor improvements could include a wider breakfast selection and some modernization of the bathrooms, particularly the shower and shattaf fixtures and the grout between the tiles, which could be refreshed to give a newer and cleaner appearance. However, these did not significantly affect my overall experience, which was very positive.

Short comfortable stay in nice area

Clean, comfortable and a good size room for the 2 of us. Excellent breakfast. Staff were amazing. It is a little out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but was perfect because it was quiet. The restaurant next door is amazing too!

The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Location is good, away from the noise of down town. The restaurant below the hotel has amazing food. The bar downstairs was lovely to chill and have a drink. Staff very helpful and really nice. Great value for money and will stay again.

Staff is really great and helpfull, bar with happy hour and restaurant are great, super location, we changed 7 location during our stay in Jordan, this one is the best hotel we have stayed.

Lovely hotel in a great location within walking distance/ short Uber ride of everywhere you want to be. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is fantastic and the onsite bar is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Great quality and great food.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are comfortable and neat, everything works and is very well maintained, the location is super convenient, nearby many restaurants and attractions, however within the hotel the restaurant is excellent so you may not need to eat outside. Also the staff was kind and helpful. The value for the quality is great.
