Great apartment

This is a great apartment. It is clean, spacious, and has almost everything you need for a few days. The only thing we missed was a pot. We had to boil our eggs in a saute/frying pan. The enclosed shower was a treat after so many Jordan showers with partial or no walls. There is plenty of hot water. It is very quiet, and has blackout blinds which we really appreciated. Check-in and out were very easy, they respond quickly to messages. The location is good close to Paris Square restaurants, but a30 minute hilly walk to the Citadel, Rainbow St. etc. Wifi is good.

− Note to owners - Please put a pot and a hairdryer in the unit.

Very good apartment with some check-in improvements needed.

Good apartment with all the features. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments. One was an actual two-bedroom apartment and the other was actually two 1-bed apartments linked internally by a door. That meant that the design of that apartment was not the best. However, everything you needed was present in the apartment. We found no hair-dryer and messaged them and they immediately delivered two.

− Check-in needs to improve massively. They need to inform exact location with house number clearly beforehand. Just providing the road name is not enough. I asked for exact location and was sent the Google map coordinates (which is fine) but house number was still not provided. I was messaged via WhatsApp their local representative phone number but the two local staff who met me were different with different phone numbers.

Post total knee replacement surgery stay

It's not a hotel, we came to amman because I had total knee replacement surgery and couldn't go home straight away, too much pain, so we stopped here, it's an apartment, it's excellent, fair price and the lads in the tire shop got me a chair when I was waiting for a taxi. Stay here, it's well worth it

− Traffic is a bit noisy, but you get used to it
