Excellent stay and a truly wonderful experience. The service provided by all staff members was exceptional, from the reception team to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Abdullah at the reception desk, who was always welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout my stay. His outstanding hospitality and attention to detail made a significant difference and added a personal touch to the experience. I highly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything, this was my 3rd stay with them. Shahad was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite after I asked to change my room for a view. And I needed that as I'm staying for work and needed the extra sofa and coffee table for the laptop. Everyone was very helpful amd Kind. And it was the perfect location for Jordan University.

− Bath tube leaking when taking shower, which is fine but need to scilicon the glass edges More lights in room & caridors are welcomed

Wonderful Staff, very professiona! The location is excellent, it's Infront of the University of Jordan. Cleanliness Overload! Lots of cafe's and restaurant near by and it's also close to my favorite Popeyes chicken 🍗 😊
