I highly recommend this place. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with excellent sound insulation — you can barely hear any noise from outside, which makes the stay very relaxing. The bathrooms are beautiful, and even the soap smells amazing, showing the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent, and I would especially like to mention the Filipino and Jordanian ladies managing the breakfast area — both are truly wonderful, professional, and very hospitable. The hotel also has strong security protocols, which makes you feel safe and comfortable during your stay. Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily upon request, and the overall cleanliness and service are outstanding. Room service is very cooperative and responsive as well. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Mohd, the manager, who was great, professional, and very helpful. Honestly, all the staff members were amazing and showed genuine hospitality throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

I have only one concern regarding the sound isolation was not very good but still accepted.

It's was really good and felt like home

It was my second stay during same month. Property is well maintained, clean, warm for cold Amman winter, big smart screen, spacious rooms. Staff are super friendly and would like to say thank you for: Rana, Mohammed and Ahmed from front office as been kind and progressive. Emad and Hammoud from Terrace for providing best breakfast vibes. Highly recommended to stay with a smart price
