The flat was so clean and comfortable, luxury one . Design and rooms are very great . Kitchen and facilities are available , transportation from and to the area is good . Anas is kind person who welcome us and be ready for any support . Highly recommended…

The place was clean and the location was very quiet. The security guard Hamada and the host Anas were very helpful and quick to answer our questions even in the middle of the night.

− The apartment was little cold when we entered but was quickly fixed.

This is an Amazing property with all the amenities that will make you feel at home. It is a luxury apartment by all means, clean and spacious. With three teenage kids, this was perfectly comfortable to accommodate all. The location is great close to everything food entertainment etc and quiet upscale residential area in Amman. Close to the American Embassy.

− Water problem gave us bad experience. The water outage three times during our stay( 12 days) in critical times !!!

I advise you to rent a very good hotel in Jordan and not an apartment

− My stay in this apartment left a very negative impresion.At the beginning of december 2023 i , my hasband and 3 children 5,6,9 years old rented this apartment for 6 days. The apartment was declared as a luxury, but it doesn't look like that. It's a cramped, small like a tunnel with a poor view from the window overlooking the neighboring houses. The first two days we could not take a shower because the was no hot water and it was very cold. The heating did not workt. The apartment is heating by heating radiators, which did not prepare the heating system for the cold season, he did not know if the water from the radiators was drained before the season , the heating did not work in the bathrooms and throughout. The plumber could not cope for 3 days, on the 4 th there was hot water. All the equipment was very old, the air conditioners did not work, the refregerator and micro were constantly turned off. The apartment was poorly cleaned , there was dust everywhere on the curtains, under the beds, on the furniture, pieces of dust fell from the cabinets when they were opened , the vaccum cleaner did not work. I had to bay a vaccum cleaner because my children began to cough and sneeze. The owner of the apartment also owns a neighboring apartment , which is being prepared for rent. The whoil time of our stay was darkned by the renovation of that apartment. The workers knocked, worked with a drill, broke the floor. On the last day of our stay they began to use a very powerfull drill, wich gave us headaches and ear pain. My children began to scream and cry, they could not find a place in the apartment where they could hide from this sound. Such a drill should not be used in a residential building, as is is harmful to health , possible causing hearing damage and stroke. I talked to the workrs , but they refused to stop because they had recieved on order from the owner. I quickly packed my things, and we left for the Radisson hotel.

حب كبير للأخ أنس مالك الشقة ما قصر معنا بشيء ويكفي نبل أخلاقه العالية .. الشقة واسعة وهادئة ومريحة وفي أفضل أحياء عمان لمن لديه سيارة وتكفي لعائلة كبيرة .

بالأمس سكنت في شقة رائعة في قلب عمّان، مكونة من ثلاث غرف بتصميم أنيق وأثاث جميل يضفي لمسة من الذوق والراحة. المكان هادئ للغاية، والموقع أكثر من رائع، قريب من كل شيء ويمنحك شعورًا بالخصوصية والسكينة. أكثر ما أعجبني أيضًا هو تعامل المالك الكريم، فرغم وجوده في ألمانيا، كان في قمة التعاون والاهتمام، وكأنّه قريب منك خطوة. كل شيء كان على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والترتيب، مما جعل الإقامة تجربة مريحة ومميزة. احتمالية العودة؟ أكيدة بإذن الله. عمّان دائمًا تعرف كيف تحتضن زوّارها! 🌿✨

− كان هناك زر لتشغيل ماكينه زياده ضغط الماء و لم اكتشفه الا موخرا 😂
