A nice and calm place to stay

Breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The staff at breakfast are very attentive and friendly. Room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the city. Spa facilities very nice and clean and a perfect place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Staff was lovely and recommended great restaurant choices and places too go. My friend had a massage and said it was one of the best she had.

− Not much choice on the TV channels and the TV would loose connection at times and would be a bit slow. Wish they had more choices of movie channels in English as they only had 1 otherwise everything else was fine.

Great stay and visit

The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the spa facilities and gym facilities at no extra cost

Beautiful hotel with great spa

Beautiful room with amazing city views. Friendly staff and late check out permitted. Pool and spa was one of the nicest I've seen in a hotel. Location good but still an Uber to main downtown areas.

− Minor suggestion but felt odd for a 5* hotel catering to all types of guest not to serve draft beer.

Great hotel and staff

Great hotel with friendly staff to help you as needed. Samir Alrigeb and his staff during breakfast service were exceptional and took very good care of us. They remembered us each day and even offered to pack us a breakfast box given we had a very early flight.

− Having to go through a metal detector every time we entered. Was not expecting that. Rooms are also slightly dated but still met our needs.

The women’s spa facilities were excellent. I would come back for those alone. Also the massage by the lady from Bali was amazing. She needs a raise!

− As a single woman traveller, I felt quite overwhelmed by all the male staff everywhere. There were only two female staff I saw out of around 20. And those two were wonderful - the masseuse and the front desk manger (I think). You need more female staff, truly.

− room service took so long, first time it took 40 min the second time it took an hour and had to call to cancel cause i had to leave, the chair in the room was very dusty and it was visible to the naked eye
