The manager was extremely helpful. He got out of bed to welcome us after midnight and cheerfully gave us more bottled water upon request. He helped us contact taxi driver. The water in shower was satisfyingly hot!

The room was clean; I was close to a general store that sold affordable soaps, toothpaste, water, general thing you might need on a vacation. The shower was hot and the space was more than adequate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff I had a really nice stay here for two days. The staff were very good and extremely cooperative — even during off hours. I was supposed to check in around 2:00 AM, and they managed everything very smoothly and professionally. The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it convenient to reach all main attractions. It also offers great value for money, especially if you’re not specifically looking for a 4-star or 5-star property. Parking is also available, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I truly appreciate the staff for their support and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Excellent location for JETT bus, comfortable room and stay

Excellent location for doing trips via JETT Bus (bus to Petra and also day tours they run) as it is only a 7 minute walk. Room very comfortable and clean. Note, the desk is not regularly attended, but staff are contactable via WhatsApp.

Friendly and flexible owner. Great value for money given it's perfect location in old town center. Brand new hotel, the rooms are newly remodeled & clean. Looks just like the photo. New comfortable bed. AC works flawless.

− Note there is no elevator, so maybe but for elderly or those with big heavy luggage. No parking, but street parking was easy to find. No common facilities, which I didn't need.

- the gentleman (called Saeed) at the reception was friendly and helpful. - perfect location if we want to catch the JETT buses to other places in Jordan (the bus station/office is 5-7 mins walk). Moreover, the boulevard (lots of restaurants and entertainment) and Abdali mall are also 10-15 mins walk.

− - not an issue for us but the shower is a bit small for big or tall people

− No direction for qibla in rooms, no prayer carpet. You couldn’t find the staff to answer on your questions.
