Old hotel

The staff were very friendly and supportive

− The room was not very clean, and the overall condition felt old and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, ear cleaning items, and an iron were not provided. The carpet was not clean, and much of the furniture appeared outdated. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. Even one of the stars on the hotel entrance sign was missing, which reflected the general lack of maintenance.
