This hotel is excellent. Everything about the place? From the breakfast dining To the concierge To the room service To the pool To the lovely bedrooms Wide range of evening restaurants available if needed However, if not, literally just across the road is a few good restaurants as well

I stayed for one night It was perfect . The staff , the room the reception and the welcoming The location was good , but it made it so perfect . Th reem Shawarma shop beside the hotel , do not miss it

The staff were exceptional in every area of the hotel, including the restaurant, pool, housekeeping, and room service. Everyone was polite, professional, understanding, and always willing to help in any way possible. Their kindness and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. The views are beautiful and create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We also had a great experience at Bourj Al Hamam restaurant. The food was excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented

I had a very comfortable stay their service and hospitality is exceptional. Just one thing which was about the mini bar
It was very clean and as expected
− the mini bar is extremely expensive which just for few chocolates ( kitkat, bounty and nuts) and juices ( orange and apple) which are not more than 10$ I ended up paying 56 JOD which is 78$. Feels like a scam.

wonderful staff and a gorgeous hotel in a very good location to get to downtown . The breakfast was good and the room large and clean
