Everything around you is average in terms of location relative to the markets or the city center. The staff's treatment is excellent and they respond quickly to any request.

− The bed mattress is uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom is too small.

Location is excellent if it's the part of town you want to be in

It's right in the heart of sweifieh, rooms are comfortable, large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful

− Google maps doesn't like sweifieh much, so getting in and out through the traffic and the one way streets can be challenging

Decent value, not fancy , would return for the value.

Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were basically good for the money.

− Shabby rooms needed new paint, tiles, deeper cleaning (dusty baseboards), amenities were very minimal. Breakfast room is bleak and might be removed to main lobby area for a great improvement. Not a great selection but cooks prepared eggs nicely.
