nice place, good price, needs maintenance and soundproofing.

the staff were super nice and helpful, big thanks to the front desk employees. the hotel seems nice, in a quiet area of Amman, there are shops and restaurants around. overall it's good for the price paid.

− the room furniture needs update, the mattress was not so comfortable. the room door need to be better sound proofed, when people walk between the rooms as if they're walking in side the room. also the windows is not very good in stopping the sound. the toilet and shower ware clean but some broken parts, it needs maintenance

It was decent for the money. That’s about it.

To be honest just the size of the bedroom

− There was no iron facilities! How can you be a 3 star hotel and not have an iron? Ontop of that the staff asked me to pay 3jod to have my clothes pressed! Only after I spoke to the hotel owner was my clothes taken care of the next day for free. But I was never given back my 3jod. Honestly not happy about that at all.

− Interior is very nice, anyway some small details in the room could be repaired (like chairs, sofa, there was a hole in the bathroom). Hair dryer is missing.

− ❌ The room was listed as 65 m² on the booking details, but in reality it seemed much smaller and did not exceed 40 m² based on my measurements. I raised this concern with the staff, however they still confirmed that the room size was correct.
