7 July 2023Staff were rude, place was not clean, towels were not cleaned well, same with sheets. Not recommend
The location
− Apartment was reserved for 3 children and two adults, however I was giving a two bedrooms with one king and two double beds. And I was told that this is the only thing available (I was there around 11pm) and had no option to find another place. When I asked for a rollout bed or a mattress I was told that it would cost me 5JD( 7$) per night. I told the manager that was not fair since my reservation should accommodate the number of people that I reserved it for.

− المدير اللذي كلمني في العاتف وكان اسلوبه سيئ جدا وغير محترم .الشقة قديمة لايوجد مطبخ لايوجد فسالة لا يوجد سيشوار لايوجد مكيف الا في غرفة واحدة غير مريحة نفسيا
