Over than perfect, so recommend the hotel

In all my visit to Amman, I am using this Hotel, so this is my 4th time staying there, I love the hotel, facilities, good welcoming, friendly & helpful staff, finally good price Swimming pools (indoor & outdoor) are gorgeous .. even classy customer & Enviroment

Wonderful stuff, exceptional food, and a great gym.

Staff responded very promptly to our concerns relating to room. Breakfast was excellent and Malek A and Omar K have clearly delivered a wonderful service. Manager Laith N was also excellent in alleviating any queries. On our checkout Oday was wonderful in the process. The staff were all 10 out of 10 in their professionalism and proactive, kind manner. The Mexican Club on 5 Restaurant did excellent food. The burger was truly one of the very best.

Everything is perfect.

Excellent hotel, the entire staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, everything is clean, and the gym is of a very high standard. Bottom line – the best hotel in all of Amman

Fantastic visit

The property was very clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Oday -especially- was very nice and helped us upgrade our booking, if I were to go back to the country, I would certainly go back to the same hotel.

Outstanding location in the middle of city- easy access to other parts of Amman.

Yazan at reception was super helpful- very welcoming and because it was my 15th time, I was given an upgrade which I was very grateful for. I like it when loyalty is valued.
