21 June 2026Wonderful stuff, exceptional food, and a great gym.
Staff responded very promptly to our concerns relating to room. Breakfast was excellent and Malek A and Omar K have clearly delivered a wonderful service. Manager Laith N was also excellent in alleviating any queries. On our checkout Oday was wonderful in the process. The staff were all 10 out of 10 in their professionalism and proactive, kind manner. The Mexican Club on 5 Restaurant did excellent food. The burger was truly one of the very best.
− Nothing in particular because concerns were so proactively addressed!

The property was very clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Oday -especially- was very nice and helped us upgrade our booking, if I were to go back to the country, I would certainly go back to the same hotel.

27 January 2026Outstanding location in the middle of city- easy access to other parts of Amman.
Yazan at reception was super helpful- very welcoming and because it was my 15th time, I was given an upgrade which I was very grateful for. I like it when loyalty is valued.
− Tissue box in the room would have been very convenient.

Great tentative staff at all levels. Clean and comfortable. Best gym by far that we came across during our Arabian trip.
