It’s so modern and clean and the staff are very friendly, ghalia at reception was so welcoming and gave us a wonderful suite, the breakfast was very fresh and there were so many varieties.

This is my third visit to this hotel. It's a truly wonderful hotel of a high standard. The location is convenient to everything. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The hotel staff are very friendly. A special and heartfelt thank you to the receptionist, Yazeed; he is a fantastic person.

We had a wonderful stay at Signia by Hilton Amman with our family during Eid Al-Adha. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed and welcomed throughout our stay. We would like to give special recognition to Hussam from Housekeeping, who did an outstanding job taking care of our rooms. He was always friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. We would also like to sincerely thank Elaf and Dina at the Front Desk. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist us—especially regarding our stay extension—made a significant difference to our experience. The level of service provided by the entire team was truly exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Thank you all for making our family vacation so enjoyable. − The only downside of our stay was that the swimming pool was not heated. This was a significant disadvantage, especially for families with children, as the water was too cold to comfortably enjoy for extended periods. Other than that, everything else was excellent.
