Everything was up to standards, the staff was welcoming and the cleanliness was surprisingly above expectations

− Hard to unlike anything ,if I must I would say lobby was small as most 4 stars in Amman

The hotel has a neat and warm welcoming atmosphere ☺️ Staff are really helpful just working for your convenience and pleasant stay.

− Even the location is in the prime area, but it's not very close to the market but taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Less cold vegetables, and perhaps more fruit salad would be nice. Espresso coffee not packet instant please.

− The water didn’t fill in toilet cistern low water pressure.? Had to use 4 bottles of tap water to flush Shower ok
