Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good location; the staff are very friendly and helpful; and the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

− Whilst the level of cleanliness was fine for me particularly given the price, I know it might not suit others.

Nice hotel, comfy affordable accommodation, but toilets need repairs

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, large bed, good sitting area. Pretty clean and warm.

− The toilets are run down, need serious maintenance. I had to switch rooms because the shower wasn’t functioning. The replacement room still had problems with the shower head.

Newly renovated serviceable hotel in a nice neighbourhood for a good price

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which is always nice. Unfortunately the A/C in the living room in that suite was not working but the one in the bedroom did so that was not a huge problem. The bedroom was spacious with a kingsize bed and comfy mattress. Wifi was very fast and the smart-tv had hundreds of channels from all over the world. Also a great shower with strong water pressure. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood with plenty of options for shopping and dining out.

− The window frames are installed in a sloppy way so they don't block out the street noise. It's not a particularly busy street but if you are sensitive to noise it's best to bring your earplugs.

Good location with spacious room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops in Al Sweifieh.

Superb Location & superb helpful staff . Comfy beds there was almost nothing what the staff couldn't offer, always with a smile and ready to help even if it not their direct specialty Thanks for honoring my special requests. I am sure I will return to this hotel
