Antica old apartment al-lwebdeh

Perfect wee hideaway in Amman close to centre.

Location was great, being close to shops and restaurants, two of which served beer & wine. Parking on the street. The flat was as described. The bed very comfortable; air conditioning, cooking facilities. Shower room with washing machine. TV with Netflix; comfortable sofas. Great view over the city valley to the hotel/commercial district. Easy walk to Paris Square (more of a circle), taxis plentiful, and cheap. We would book again, at this price. (JOD 27/night).

− The address on B.com was not accurate and our taxi driver had to call the owners as the address given, and which we had arrived at, was a mile from the flat. Thankfully we had our Arabic speaking driver or we would have been stranded. Cooking facilities were rudimentary, and it was very short of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Bathroom shower was basic by our standards but worked fine once you get the hang of a hand held shower. (The floor has a drain...) Washing machine worked fine. It was a fine quiet place to stay. Cosy and comfortable. At the price (JOD 80 for three nights) it was extremely good value.

Lovely tiny appartement in the heart of the cultural district Al webdeh, the location is perfect, the apartement is fine for couple of night,

Disappointing

It was in a great location and very clean, decorated well.

− The renter was completely unresponsive. The wifi stopped working on the 4th or 5th day and I had to find new accommodation.
