− Room picture is a bit different than actual especially the bathroom other than that all okay. Also to do maintenance to elevators

The location is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms were recently renovated so it feels like a brand new hotel.

− Internet connection in the room was poor and the TV shows connected to WIFI but couldn't open any app.

Stuffs were really helpful mr.Yusuf.mr.Abdullah Cleannnesssss .hotel always in parfume !!! It s perfect to feeel fresh . Location was good. You have dry clean .restaurants.carrefour by foot 3mins. Price was acceptable i stayed almost 2 weeks .couldnt get any discount 😔

− Breakfast !! Hotel s 4 stars but breakfast s 1,5 star .and no need that much load music at breakfast :) i warned many times .

Beds were comfortable

− At first, I was given a non renovated room and bathroom, after they changed it. Breakfast was not that great to 4 star hotel!!! One of the staff, Rahaf, mentioned at check out that I have to pay extra money for an upgraded room which the manager decided to give as a compensation. I found that to be irritating as it seems that the reception employees do not have a system between them to know any notes or updates about the guests 😳
