The staff were very helpful , they covered every request with haigh care and pleasure the facilty is more than covenient and location was great. Special thanks to everyone especially Omar and Abdullah at the reception. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The staff was great, especially Mr Omar on the front desk, the location is nice in classy area, and nearby many cafes and restaurants. There is cafes and bakery in the same building. The hotel is clean, the beds were comfortable but small, the suite had a water boiler, TV with satellite receiver, free water bottles. The lighting is acceptable.
− The hotel is not new, and we had unsolved plumbing problem in the WC.

we had a car, so travelling to Amman center and other locations was smooth. Hotel is ok, it is quiet and safe area. In general Amman seems very safe.
