The staff was really welcoming, professional and all smiles. Very responsive to our requests.

− Room cleanliness was good, but the furniture is a bit old. The TV remote could not be found but was brought to us as soon as we requested for it. Bathroom needs maintenance but was not something that bugged us too much.

Good location with a sweeping city view from bedrooms

− Check-in and check-out were very slow. The bedside light was not working, the cupboard did not close properly and appeared old and poorly maintained, as did one of the connecting doors between our two bedrooms, which could not be used due to its poor condition.

The room was spacious with great views of the city. The location of the hotel is very central. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

− It gets noisy particularly at weekends and music can be heard in the room till late in the night.
