− 设施装修过于陈旧，淋浴排水不畅，四星级酒店居然没有浴盆，地毯陈旧有很大味道，隔音不好，荒郊野外没有商店

A very good experience here, staff were excellent. Our first stay in Jordan, and all went smoothly.

We ate dinner there, as well as the included breakfast - all the food was gtreat, and the service very good.

We were only here for a short overnight before departing for a tour, but everything was great.

We stayed in a family room which was a perfect size for 4 adults. Rooms were big, and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is great, clean, modern, the staff is very helpful. Faris at the reception gave excellent advice on the food. There was a marriage going on in the property, and my room was a bit noisy; I was provided a more silent room instantly and helped throughout the process.

Great Hotel, Excellent service and unbeatable value for money

Absolutely everything, from the welcoming staff, to great facility, and what a breakfast.

− This can be a serious issue, however I am welling to wait, I paid through bookings.com and when I arrived I was asked to pay again, I highlighted to reception and I had a proof that I have paid by bookings.com, I was told then that a reimbursement is organised to my credit card and up to this stage I have not seen the payment in my bank statement.
