I would like to share my excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. Having traveled quite a bit around the world and stayed in many different hotels, I can honestly say that I rank the service here among the very best I have experienced. Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, whether it was for the parking, the reception, the breakfast, or the housekeeping. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt looked after from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. If you are planning to visit Amman, don’t think twice—choose this hotel with complete confidence. We traveled with a baby, and everything went smoothly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay was in February, and we still have wonderful memories of it. A big thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness. I recently stayed at The Compass Hotel for three days with my family and friends and it was truly an excellent experience The service was outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly welcoming and always ready to help This was not my first stay and it will certainly not be my last I would like to extend a special thanks to Ahmed Salem I hope I got the name right and to the wonderful lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately did not catch I missed a flight during my stay and they handled the situation with exceptional care They upgraded my room comforted me with their kindness provided helpful advice and even arranged transportation to the airport What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a smooth and manageable one thanks to them This level of hospitality was not limited to just a few individuals Every member of the team from security staff to housekeeping and the restaurant team was consistently helpful and professional The team is wonderful and the prices are very affordable for the quality of service provided Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman
