不錯的飯店，待人禮冒又親切。

大廳乾凈氣派，門口方便停車，警衛會導引車位，還要幫我們拿行李真感謝。

Excellent city stay close to where we needed to be.

We liked the breakfast, however it is what it is for what you pay for. It was mainly deli foods, but the offer for omlettes and scrambled egg was there. In my opinion, breakfast was much better on the weekend. Staff were friendly, and they tried their best to accommodate our needs, as we have two little boys, and though my boys were a little noisy, the staff were very kind. We did have an incident, where we set the fire alarm off, and the staff were professional, and they tried their best to secure the room and ensure our safety and care and did not get upset with us. We were very impressed by this.

− To wash our clothes, it cost 15jod and the price was not stated before the clothes were washed, but that's it. The breakfast could have had more of a variety, and the staff attending it could have been a little more customer friendly. Otherwise, it was excellent.

It's a very good location, about 5 minutes from the entrance of Petra.

− everything was fantastic, just a small note that heating system is very strong and not controllable from the room itself, we were feeling hot.

The staff are very friendly. We had an apartment with big window view on the street. We liked this! Clean, comfy and near to some restaurants.

− The breakfast could be improved - no fruits at all - but this was common to all our accomodation in Jordan
