Helpfulness of the staff members to accommodate my mom and sister!

− I wanted to upgrade the room for my family via the Booking.com facility but there was no option but to cancel and re-book, which would have cost more than a simple upgrade. I hop they improve on this matter to allow for an upgrade option during the stay.

عليهم الاهتمام بتجديد الحمام. وشمل الأفطار في الاقامة نظرا للسعر الذي يحصلوه

المكان جيد وقريب من الخدمات والمحلات التجارية. الحي نظيف وتتوفر المواصلات. الموظفين وصاحب المحل على مستوى جيد جدا من الاخلاق ويساعدون بكل ما يستطيعون. الغرفة والفراش جيدان.

Instalações ok para pouco tempo.

Staff do hotel muito simpático e educado. Localização não muito próxima do centro (e por isso minha escolha), mas muito boa no geral (supermercado, restaurantes, lojas, câmbio próximos). Tamanho do quarto muito bom e silencioso.

− A limpeza do quarto estava boa, mas da cozinha e utensílios não, sendo que haviam poucos para uso (estávamos em 2, mas havia apenas 1 xícara, por exemplo). O banheiro é pequeno e não tem box, logo, tudo fica encharcado após o banho, em que pese secar até que rápido. A privada estava solta. Tive que solicitar o micro-ondas e papel higiênico (ausentes), mas fui atendida de imediato.

Temiz bir odada rahat şekilde kalabildik.

Güler yüzlü karşılandık. Herşey için çok yardımcı olundu. Gitmek istediğimiz yerleri çok güzel tarif ettiler. Konumu iyi bir yerde.

− Şehirde trafik yoğunluğu çok fazla. Otelin kendine ait park yeri var.
