I liked the sympathy of the staff specially from mister Wael it was very friendly and helpful with me I hope I meet again
− I didn’t like the cleaning of my room to much but it was acceptable and I had a good night sleep

The place adjacent Green relatively to my room at level one also there's a v nive small waterfront with v elegant furniture.
− The breakfast room site is Nice outlook Jabel Amman but the breakfast needs more variety and equipment such as towister for breed and also Milk. Orange not pure joice and no other joice.

Amazing staff — very understanding and always ready to help. When I asked to change my room because of a cigarette smell, they did it immediately, no questions asked. Truly incredible people. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of dishes.
− It would be nice if the breakfast items had labels — there are many local dishes, and sometimes you just don’t know what they are, so you have to ask around. And it would also be good to be a bit stricter with guests who smoke in non-smoking rooms.
