The location is great since the street is full of doctor offices and clinics The apartment is the only one in the building since all other occupants are doctors and offices. So it’s really quiet at night (and day) All amenities were there including complimentary water, soda and coffee And internet TV too!

It was easy to contact and communicate with Mr. Shadi to ensure meeting us at the arrival time. The location is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and whenever an issue is faced Mr. Shadi is responsive and supportive.

I loved the convenience of the apartment. Everything was around you: a hospital, pharmacy, mini market, restaurant. You got all the facilities you need. Inside the apartment, you have all the basic necessities.. Washing machine was a lifesaver if you decide to extend spontaneously. The apartment is cozy and situated on the ground floor. Mr. Shadi is a truly remarkable person. He was very hospitable and welcomed me to the apartment. He was there always and is very responsive if you need help with something related to the apartment. Great value for money and highly recommend trying out this apartment. It gets so calm at night and you can enjoy a nice walk during the sunset.

− A few points to consider Try to pack some more towels as the ones available are a bit small. Pack some pillows if you prefer to sleep on high stacked ones. The apartment is situated on the ground floor so you may see some ants or insects but very very rarely. It's in a medical tower so some noise is expected in the morning.

Convenient location, kind hosts, but some comfort limitations

The apartment is located in an area full of hospitals and medical clinics, which makes it a practical choice for anyone visiting this area. The apartment was handed over reasonably clean, and the hosts were very polite, respectful, and accommodating. They were easy to deal with and genuinely helpful, which made the stay smoother. For longer stays, this apartment can be a good alternative to hotels, especially if you prefer having a living area, a separate bedroom, and a kitchen to prepare simple meals and feel more at home.

− The apartment was quite cold during winter. While the description mentions “This apartment’s special feature is the fireplace,” this was unclear and a bit misleading, as there is no actual fireplace. Heating relies mainly on two AC units, which are not fully sufficient during cold weather. The curtains provide acceptable privacy, but they are very thin and do not block sunlight, so once the sun is up, the room gets bright, especially since the apartment is on the ground floor. Sound insulation is below average, and street noise can be noticed, particularly from passing cars. Another point to keep in mind is that this is the only residential apartment in a building occupied mostly by clinics. After 9:00 PM, the main entrance closes, and access is through the underground parking garage. The same applies when leaving early in the morning, which can be inconvenient if you have luggage.
