The staff has managed to exceed my expectations, very welcoming and helpful to adjust to my timings of arrival. Highly appreciated the flexibility. Hotel has plenty of variety for breakfast. Also some warm options. Overall highly recommended. The location is family friendly.

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay with good service and a convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh every morning. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, which made traveling around very convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

− Some minor things we didn’t like about Olive Hotel were that the furniture and rooms felt a little old-fashioned, and some facilities could use renovation. The hotel is also slightly away from downtown, so you may need to use Uber or taxis frequently. A few guests also mentioned limited daily replenishment of water, tea, and coffee in the rooms, and occasional road noise. Overall, these were small issues compared to the good value, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

Unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to actually stay at the hotel as my trip changed last minute. They were very helpful throughout the entire booking and canceling process. Next time I'm sure to book with them. Thank you Olive Hotel staff for a wonderful experience!
