I would re commend this place for a family of 5 as we experinced it..
1. Spacious rooms connected together with kitchenette in each. 2. Individual toilets in each unit connected together. Sofa bed in each unit (eventhough one was broken; it didn't affect us as we needed one soda bed not two). 3. Location. 4. Staff helpfulness
− Breakfast was poor and some basic cleaning of the breakfast equipment (the outside of the toaster needed a good scrub for example!).

Great place to stay comfortably and nice staff to deal with.
Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable. When we asked to fix the curtain, they immediately upgraded the room to suit. That was great. I will always stay here in Downtown hotel.
− It is worth to mention Mr. Ahmed and Aya who made their best to make us happy while cleaning the room and provided the best service. Thank you Ahmed and Aya.
