On the boulevard

The location is perfect , on the boulevard could not be better. The rooms are comfortable and clean

− I was on the 2nd floor facing the street which was very noisy. There was no welcoming fruits or bisects , the deliver it next day . I needed something to increase my level sugar i have not found anything even if i have to buy it . Like bisects . Chips , drinks or chocolates .

The hotel was excellent in many aspects. The location was great, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was very good. I was satisfied with the overall stay.

− my only concern was the spa. There were no male therapists available for male guests, and I was also made aware of sexual issues involving the spa staff. Because of this, I believe the hotel should seriously review the management and professionalism of the spa service.

Very good location, big one bedroom appartment.

The stay was very nice and the atmosphere was very friendly

Staff was very helpful and kind , the cleaning staff Mr. Najah was very good and Sali from reception was kind and cooperative

We had met one of the best Hotel's Agent or front disk ever, her name is Sally. She was outstanding in everything we were curious' about. I wish her management to give her higher position as she deserves.

Staff great, location not as good as you would think

The staff were helpful and thoughtful, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. Particular shout out to the housekeeping staff who were excellent

− The arrival experience was terrible, as there are 2 (or more?) locations for check-in and maps sent me to neither. I circled the block in heavy traffic and ended up parking in the public parking and walking in, only to find that my room was in the other building and I needed to circle the block again. It would have been so simple for them to send me a message before, telling me where to go and my whole experience would have been different

− The music noise from the hotel nearby The music was so loud you can hear it from abdali mall It was so annoying specially for kids trying to sleep The music kept going in crazy loud till 3 AM in the weekends
