Great Choice, Safe, lovely and warm!!

Staff were amazing, helpful and warm. Always smiling! the reception team, and the lady with the blond ashy highlight <3 beautiful pool area, we attended the Aoud night near the pool, the staff informed us and we enjoyed a very lovely dinner. Prices are great and the food was soo good. the housekeeping is top notch and the team always ask when youd like to have your room cleaned. ironing facilities in the room is great addition !! Many thanks to all the staff, and for the friendly patient staff at breakfast!! you need a medal! Thank you for making our trip safe, lovely and comfortable !!

When I arrived, I was welcomed at the reception by Mohammed, and honestly, he was truly exceptional. Not only did he greet me with kindness and a warm smile, but he also gave me the room much earlier than the official check-in time and upgraded my room as well. This left a very special impression on me. At this stage, I truly believe that a genuine smile and a welcoming face are more important than anything else in a hotel experience. I would also like to thank Dawood and Omar for their excellent work in housekeeping and for their readiness to fulfill every request with professionalism and kindness. A hotel that truly deserves to be considered among the finest hotels in Amman.
