The stay was exceptional and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the professional, welcoming attitude of the staff.

The staff was very nice.

− People were smoking in the bar and in the restaurant. This is not acceptable.

Staff were helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Good that offered a breakfast bix to take away at 6am because we had to miss breakfast.

− They lost our booking and made me pay again before giving me a room key. This was very frustrating at the end of a long day of driving. I then had to keep popping back to reception to get it sorted and had to wait for a refund after they'd finally found my booking. Furthermore, I booked a twin room and they gave me a room with a double which was not ideal.

The hotel is really nice, huge clean rooms. Old school decoration. Great rooftop.
