We came to swim and, boy was it perfect!! Lovely staff, comfortable room. Will absolutely do this again! Great value!

I really like the breakfast. There were a lot of options and the staff at the diner were very professional and weren’t overwelming, something I quite liked!
− The security guard and the valet were talking about me in Arabic when I arrived and it seemed like they were making jokes about me which in all cases I didn’t quite like. The valet gave the guard 50 dinars as I was just sitting outside and they tried to impress me. They asked where I was from and they assumed I couldn’t understand Arabic. Then I said I can understand some Arabic and they reacted shocked. I tried to mind my own business, but somehow they were a little bit too minded with my business. I think this hotel can do much better as for “welcoming staff”. Honestly the behaviour was a shame because the rest of the staff treated me super nicely.

4 January 2024It’s a safe convenient and welcoming place to stay with a good breakfast and they are used to the fact that most flights
It was convenient for the thing I needed to do and has some good facilities a nice bar and a breakfast is absolutely superb.
− The title grand is a little bit outdated. It really needs a massive refurbishment in the both rooms(I stayed in the sister property for two nights) the bath or the shower didn’t work properly. There’s an overriding smell of tobacco throughout the whole property, but that’s actually Jordan all over.
