Excellent service, great location and good value for money - I will return - thank you to the staff.

The location and friendly staff. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even providing a packed breakfast due to my early departure and called a taxi in the morning, while I sat waiting for the taxi one of the staff brought me a cup of coffee without me asking for one which was a nice touch. They also walked alongside me with an umbrella as it was raining to my taxi - I would return as the service was excellent.

− Bedding could have been better quality, the quilt was a little worn, more comfortable bedding would have increased the score and will make visitors want to return.

The breakfast was satisfying and the staff was really nice.

− My key card kept getting deactivated. I made multiple trips on both the days I was there to get a new key card. I felt like I was wasting time going up and down the elevator to get access to my room.

− the room is a bit old and the toilet had bas smell with very old design. The breakfast was verz limited.
