It was the staff! The room was pleasant, the price and location were excellent, but the stand out was the staff. When I had a minor issue with my room, he immediately offered me a replacement. I declined and he worked with me to find a solution that worked for me

− No outlets next to the bed. I had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone overnight. A minor inconvenience

The hotel does not have a dining room, so breakfast is delivered to the rooms. I actually liked this convenience, although it does limit the variety of food available. The hotel offers free on-site parking, but the capacity is quite limited. However, they do provide valet parking, which is a convenient service for guests and helps solve the parking issue.

− Overall the stay was fine, but we faced a significant issue with the bathroom. The bathroom door could not be locked from the inside, which caused embarrassment and discomfort for both me and my friend during our stay. I hope the hotel can fix this, as it’s an important privacy requirement for guests. Breakfast was delivered to the room, but it did not include any drinks, which was disappointing. Adding basic beverages like tea, coffee, or juice would greatly improve the breakfast experience for guests.

Clean and the location is very good near Abdali mall and beautiful area of boulevard , nice welcoming staff especially Rami in the reception

I had a great stay at Post Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I recently came back again, and the experience was just as good as before. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
