The location is excellent the host was great the property was good it could use some more cleaning.

The property manager Qais was outstanding, available to help with every thing. The location is fantastic close to all areas of the city I needed and the place is a very good value for money.
− The bed at the studio could be made comfortably firmer. The owner/manager gave me options to change into a different apartment, and I am grateful for that.

− The apartment was described as luxury apartment yet: - There was nothing in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels - The shower knop was loose and it kept falling. - No toilet paper in the bathroom. - No safe box in the room. - No room cleaning or towels and sheets changing. When I asked the owner to clean the room, he told me that it costs extra 25JD each time they cleaned the room! - The apartment and bathroom floors were not clean. - No tools to clean or mop the floors.

− It wasn't the host fault but the building had scheduled maintenance on my checkout day and the power was cut off for 3 hours. I just woke up with power in my unit.

Excellent place and location.
The location is excellent. The apartment was clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. It has all the items listed in the booking, including security. The place is close to a wonderful mall that has supermarket. I enjoyed my stay and will book in this place when I go to Amman. I someone is looking for a clean, organized apartment, that has stuff for comfortable stay, and excellent location, this is the best place.
