Staff and service are exceptionally great, from front desk to concierge to the breakfast staff and housekeeping everyone went the extra mile and beyond with their friendliness and professionalism. Location is central and great and their breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

I had a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is outstanding in every aspect — from its luxurious design and elegant atmosphere to the impeccable level of cleanliness throughout. Above all, the service was remarkable. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Amal from the reception for her outstanding service. Her kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made us feel truly valued from the very first moment. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future

Relaxing

Wide and bright corridors, sleek and fresh furniture. Stunning bathroom space with bathtub and walk in shower. Bed and bedding very comfortable- every detail in the room makes this place value for money. For someone without a car- this hotel is situated next to 4 high end hotels on a busy roundabout so very easy to catch a taxi or Uber. 15 mins drive to down town and rest of Amman (amazing location). The rooms are soundproof so you will not hear a peep from the street. Abdullah and staff at the counter were very helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience.

− As a small suggestion for further improvement, I recommend upgrading the in-room toiletries. The shampoo and hand soap were the only elements that did not quite match the overall high standard of the hotel. Introducing a well-known premium brand such as MALIN+GOETZ would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
