Great city in an amazing city!

Great location to visit key attractions in Amman. Lovely view of the city. Friendly and helpful reception staff and the team at the entrance were so professional and helpful. Kindly given a late check out as I had an evening flight so very thankful for that 🙏🏼

− All staff were great apart from khaled in the reception who singled me out of a group to be security checked even though I am coming back to the hotel and staying in for 5 days with no checks when I have no ledge.

Everything about the property was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout my stay. I came to Amman for medical treatment, and the hotel made me feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. The room was perfectly clean, the service was exceptional, and every detail was handled with warmth and respect. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Amman was fantastic. The hotel itself offers excellent comfort, service, and a high standard of hospitality throughout. A very special mention to Muhammad, who was our driver and guide—he was truly amazing and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, even treating us to one of the best Kunafah we’ve ever had. His warmth and dedication made a big difference to our trip.
