The hotel was good, especially for the price. It is 3 stars, so I was not expecting something luxury, but honestly it was clean and comfortable. The staff there were very respectful and helpful to the maximum. Anything I asked, they tried to help me with it. This is the best thing about the hotel.

Decent hotel in front of Hilton

hotel provided car to Petra and airport. Staff were very friendly and considerate.

The Prime Hotel provides an excellent, affordable base for visiting Amman.

Prime Hotel is ideally located - opposite the Hilton - and very reasonably priced. The hosts are very helpful.

I spent an amazing 8 nights

Staff is amazing, very friendly and very willing to help with anything ... Everyone, from the reception to the housekeepers .. Especially Jamal, since he was the one I communicated with the most based on my availability time. The facility is good, clean, the bed is comfortable for long night sleeping .. AC is good, theres a comfy chair and desk for remote work. The surrounding environment has everything, a bakery very close by to get delicious and cheap breakfast, as well as many other stores or restaurants.

− Not sure .. One thing which is not caused by the hotel itself: There are a couple (coffee shops) in the area, that are not really coffee shops, but scammers or (night clubs). Just be careful as I've been warned by many people of that whenever I ask for a place to work with a cup of coffee and my laptop.

Excellent for a few nights bed and breakfast. I don’t usually have food in hotels so I didn’t try the breakfast.
